Can I return or exchange an engagement ring if it's not perfect?

We offer returns or exchanges on non-custom rings within 30 days. We offer two returns/exchanges per customer per year. Custom rings may have specific policies, so please contact us for details.

How do I find the correct ring size for my engagement ring?

You may use our Ring Sizer or visit any local jewelry store should offers free sizing. When you get sized, take note of which type of sizers they used- thin, wide or comfort fit (meaning they were rounded on the inside).
