Shipment Processing Time

Orders ship within 3-7 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During peak times, there may be slight delays. If there are significant delays, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and DHL for deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, expect delivery within 5-8 business days. Note that crafting time for rings and fine jewelry is not included. If shipped via DHL, deliveries within the EU may take an additional 3-7 business days due to their unique system. Shipping is free within the USA; international orders incur a $35 USD fee.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. Login to your account and you'll be be track your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, India, Hong Kong, or Dubai, customs duties and taxes are not applicable. For all other locations, any customs fees or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for these charges.

Lost/Stolen

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. If your package is lost, you will receive a full refund.

Yes, we do ship WORLDWIDE.

When will my order ship?
  • Free Shipping: Dispatches within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping ($50): Dispatches within 2-5 business days.

Please note, these times do not include transit, which can vary, and do not cover jewelry crafting time. If you need your order by a specific date, please note it in the “order notes” during checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request or contact you with the best possible solution.

Can I get my order faster? I haven't paid for the express shipping
Yes, Please email us on support@unitedmoissanite.com – We will try our best to make it as fast as we can.

What’s included in my order?
Your order includes the diamond or ring and a hard copy of the GRA certificate for the center moissanite.

Are your shipments fully insured?
No, shipments are not automatically insured. You may choose to purchase third-party insurance separately if desired.

Is a signature required upon all delivery?
Yes, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order arrives safely and is received by you or an authorised person.

How much time will it take to deliver it to my home?
Once it dispatched you will get the delivery within 5-8 business days. (Ring & Fine Jewelry crafting time does not include in this timeframe.)

What is the typical crafting time for ring/jewelry with side stones?
Crafting side stones in pear, marquise, or oval shapes requires 3 to 4 days, whereas other shapes can extend the ring/jewelry crafting time to 2 to 3 weeks, and the jewelry crafting time will be extra.

Can I track my order online?
Yes, you can check the status of your orders under the “Orders” section in “My Account.” Once dispatched, use the tracking number provided to track your order on the shipping company’s website.

Are there any duties I have to pay? How much duty/taxes do I have to pay in custom?
For customers in the United States, India, Hong Kong, or Dubai, no customs duties or taxes are required. For other countries, you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. The courier will contact you upon arrival to collect these fees. We cannot provide specific duty amounts as they vary by country and state. Please consult your local government website for details.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes for orders from Canada?
Yes, you will need to pay customs duties and taxes according to Canada’s import regulations. These fees are payable directly to the shipping company. If you are in Europe, be aware that additional broker fees may apply.

What do I do if my order doesn't arrive within the expected time frame?
Email us at support@unitedmoissanite.com or contact customer service at +1 (929) 919-5202, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. We’ll be happy to assist you in tracking your package.

I won’t be home when my package is scheduled to arrive. What should I do?
You can often arrange a hold for pickup at a local FedEx location. Contact our support team via chat or email us at support@unitedmoissanite.com to assist with setting this up.

Do I have to pay customs duties on engagement rings and jewelry if I am from Canada?
As of July 1, 2020, the US-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) Trade Agreement exempts duties on engagement rings and jewelry made or assembled in the USA. Therefore, no duties will apply to jewelry made in the USA.

Can you ship my package to a FedEx location for pickup?

  • Yes, we can arrange for your package to be sent to a FedEx Ship Center or held for pickup for up to 2 business days. To set this up, please email us at support@unitedmoissanite.com with the nearest FedEx pickup location.
  • Please note that once the shipment is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it for an additional fee of $50.


What if my diamond or jewelry gets lost during shipment?
United Moissanite takes every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. All shipments are safely delivered, and a signature is required upon delivery. If your package is lost, contact us.

What’s the claim process if the shipment is lost?
We will handle the claim process for the lost shipment. Once the claim is resolved and the item is found, we will ship a replacement to you within 4 to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.
